Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Island Clinical Supervision member platform at app.islandclinicalsupervision.com (the "App"), operated by Island Clinical Supervision LLC ("ICS", "we", "us"), a Hawaii limited liability company. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. Last updated: July 2026. 1. WHAT THE APP IS The App is the member platform for ICS clinical supervision services: enrollment and billing, session scheduling, supervision hour tracking and sign-off, contracts and records, and the public supervisor directory. The App does not provide therapy, crisis services, or emergency support. If you or someone else is in crisis, call or text 988 (Hawaii CARES) or call 911. 2. YOUR ACCOUNT - You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials private. - You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at hello@islandclinicalsupervision.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. - Supervisee accounts may be created publicly. Supervisor and administrator accounts are created by invitation only. - You must be at least 18 and, for supervisee memberships, hold or be pursuing the applicable Hawaii prelicensure status. 3. RELATIONSHIP TO YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENTS Supervision services themselves are governed by the agreement you sign in the App: the Supervisee Services Agreement for members, or the Independent Contractor Supervision Agreement for supervisors. If these Terms conflict with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for supervision services; these Terms control for use of the App itself. 4. MEMBERSHIP, BILLING, AND CANCELLATION (SUMMARY) - Memberships bill automatically, monthly or annually, to the card on file through our payment processor, Stripe. The full fee schedule is shown before you enroll and in your Billing page. - Your membership has no fixed term. You may cancel anytime from the self-serve billing portal; scheduling access ends when billing stops, and you keep read-only access to your own hours record. - Session cancellation rules, late-cancellation and no-show fees, and the additional-session fee are stated in the Supervisee Services Agreement and fee schedule. - Fees may change with 30 days written notice. 5. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: misrepresent your identity, licensure status, or hours; share client-identifying clinical information in the App (session records must stay general); attempt to access records that are not yours; record sessions without written consent of everyone involved; interfere with the App's operation or security; or use the App for anything unlawful. 6. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND COMMUNICATIONS You consent to transact electronically. Checking an acceptance box or typing your name where indicated is your legal signature. We deliver notices, receipts, contracts, and reminders to the email address on your account, so keep it current. 7. YOUR CONTENT AND OUR CONTENT You own the information you enter. You give ICS permission to store and process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Supervisor directory bios are published only after the supervisor and ICS both approve them. The App, its design, and its content are ICS property or licensed to ICS; do not copy or reuse them outside the service. 8. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES We work to keep the App available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve or change features, and we will not materially reduce paid features mid-cycle without notice. We may update these Terms; if a change is material we will give at least 30 days notice by email or in the App, and continuing to use the App after that is acceptance. 9. TERMINATION You may stop using the App and cancel billing at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts per the applicable service agreement, or immediately for a serious violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, or risk to other members. After termination you retain the right to receive a summary of your supervised hours per your service agreement. 10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY Licensure eligibility and timelines are set by the Hawaii licensing boards and cannot be guaranteed by ICS. To the extent permitted by Hawaii law, ICS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, and ICS total liability related to the App is limited to the fees you paid in the six months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. 11. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Disputes will be resolved as set out in your signed service agreement; otherwise, in the courts of the State of Hawaii. 12.
