The short version of how membership, scheduling, and billing work. Your signed Supervisee Services Agreement is the controlling document; this page summarizes it in plain language.
Membership and billing
- Memberships bill automatically to the card on file, monthly or annually, at the tier you choose.
- There is no fixed term. You may cancel anytime from your billing page; your membership then runs through the end of the period you already paid for.
- Payments already made for the current billing period are not refunded when you cancel; you keep full access through the period instead.
- When billing stops, scheduling access ends. You keep read-only access to your hours record, always.
- Fee changes come with at least 30 days written notice.
Scheduling, cancellations, and no-shows
- Sessions are booked in your member dashboard. An individual session is a 55-minute clinical hour; a group session is 85 minutes with up to 6 participants.
- To cancel or reschedule a session, give at least 24 hours notice.
- Cancelling inside 24 hours carries a $25 late cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
- Missing a session without notice carries a $25 no-show fee, charged to the card on file.
- Habitual late cancellations or no-shows may be grounds for termination per the agreement.
- If your supervisor cancels, we make reasonable efforts to reschedule within the same billing period.
- Additional individual sessions beyond your tier are $150 each.
Sessions and conduct
- All sessions are held virtually on a HIPAA-compliant Zoom account. Arrive on time and prepared.
- Recording any session without the written consent of everyone present is prohibited.
- Keep session content general in the platform; client-identifying clinical information does not belong in supervision records.
Hours and documentation
- Hours count when attendance is confirmed, and become verified when your supervisor signs off.
- You can export a board-ready verification summary anytime, including after your membership ends.
- If your membership terminates, a complete summary of supervised hours is provided within 30 days.
